Product Studio
Role: Business & Product co-lead
Project Date: Fall 2023
Problem: How might we help software development teams to build trust and create collaborative communications with their business counterparts?
Skills used: product management, problem scoping, KPI defining, prototyping, a/b testing, leadership, presentation
The Process
-
The process starts with companies presenting a "How might we..." challenge to us. These challenges address real-world problems and invite us to create innovative solutions.
-
Diverse teams are assembled from students across various disciplines at Cornell Tech, including MBA, engineering, computer science, law, and information systems. This cross-disciplinary approach fosters peer learning and innovation. Each team is supported by a Company Advisor from the challenge-issuing company, providing guidance and insights throughout the project.
-
Teams apply their classroom-learned skills to conduct user research, formulate strategies, and develop and test prototypes that address their assigned company's challenge.
-
The culmination of efforts is a presentation to key stakeholders, where we share findings and demonstrate our proposed solutions.
