ETR: Concept

Birthed in the pivotal year of 2020, Exist to Resist is an original Pyer Moss initiative, created to highlight specifically chosen social justice organizations. Each organization’s efforts were highlighted by our internal Pyer Moss creative team through video and story, while paired with a limited edition product. All net proceeds went towards funding the work of these associations.

Organizations featured during my time were: Rock the Vote, Innocence Project, and The Marsha P. Johnson Institute.

ETR: Design Process

The original creative concept was by Pyer Moss’ Creative Director: Kerby Jean-Raymond. We enlisted Razorfish to support our UI needs. I project managed between Pyer Moss and Razorfish in order to create a platform that would support our creative needs, optimize a seamless shopping experience, and support a high volume of customers on the website.

Project Date: 2020

Problem & Result: I was tasked to digitize Pyer Moss’ Exist to Resist (ETR) platform. I collaborated with Razorfish, a NYC marketing agency, to conceptualize the digital design experience. Each drop successfully sold out in less than one day.

First launch introducing Pyer Moss’ Exist to Resist platform. The page lived on the homepage (pyermoss.com) for 1 week.

The first installment featured Rock The Vote. Each installment includes:

  • Video highlighting a leader within the organization

  • Limited-edition product designed by the Pyer Moss team

  • Homepage takeover, with original content promoting the organization and the efforts it focuses on
